AutoPulse Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AutoPulse, a monday.com marketplace app that helps teams monitor important workflow steps and create incidents when expected work is missing. By installing or using AutoPulse, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are between you and Khalil Oueslati, the operator of AutoPulse. If AutoPulse is later submitted under a company or other legal entity, these Terms will be updated to match that entity.
1. Relationship with monday.com
AutoPulse is built for monday.com and depends on monday.com accounts, APIs, marketplace billing, app features, and permissions. Your use of monday.com is governed by monday.com's own terms and policies. AutoPulse is provided by the AutoPulse operator, not by monday.com.
2. Who may use AutoPulse
You may use AutoPulse if you have authority to install apps in the relevant monday.com account or have permission from that account's administrator. You are responsible for how AutoPulse is configured in your account.
3. What AutoPulse does
AutoPulse lets users create watchdog rules. A watchdog watches a selected monday.com board and value, waits for the chosen delay, checks a target board for matching work, and creates an incident if the work is missing.
AutoPulse helps highlight workflow problems, but it does not guarantee that every business process, automation, board, or item will always be correct. Users should review incidents and app settings regularly.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
AutoPulse is sold through monday.com marketplace billing unless otherwise stated in the marketplace listing. Plan limits are based on active watchdogs. Current launch plans are Starter, Pro, and Business. A trial may be available when supported by monday.com monetization.
Subscription changes, renewals, cancellations, taxes, invoices, and payment processing may be handled by monday.com according to monday.com's marketplace billing flow.
5. Support and response time
Support is available at support@autopulse.solutions. We aim to respond to support requests within two business days. Support may include troubleshooting setup, app behavior, billing questions, and marketplace review questions.
6. Contacting users
We may contact app installers, account admins, or users who contact support for service-related reasons: support replies, security notices, billing or subscription notices, important product updates, and legal notices. We do not contact users for unrelated marketing unless they opt in or otherwise permit it.
7. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Choosing the correct boards, columns, values, delays, incident board, severity, and recipients.
- Making sure selected monday.com boards and columns continue to exist and remain accessible.
- Reviewing and resolving incidents created by AutoPulse.
- Using AutoPulse in a way that complies with your organization's policies and applicable law.
- Maintaining your monday.com account, permissions, and subscription.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use AutoPulse to:
- Break laws or violate third-party rights.
- Misuse monday.com APIs or attempt unauthorized access.
- Interfere with AutoPulse, monday.com, or other users.
- Upload, store, or transmit malicious code or unlawful content.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit AutoPulse except as permitted by law.
9. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data AutoPulse processes and why. By using AutoPulse, you authorize AutoPulse to process the data needed to provide the app.
10. Changes to the app
We may update, improve, add, remove, or change features to keep AutoPulse secure, useful, and compliant. If a change materially affects paid functionality, we will try to provide reasonable notice where practical.
11. Availability and limitations
AutoPulse depends on monday.com APIs, account permissions, app hosting, webhooks, and scheduled jobs. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, API rate limits, account changes, deleted boards, renamed columns, permission changes, or events outside our control.
12. Disclaimer
AutoPulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
14. Termination
You may stop using AutoPulse by uninstalling the app from monday.com or cancelling the subscription through monday.com's billing flow. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused, required by law, or necessary to protect AutoPulse, monday.com, or other users.
15. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will show the latest version. Continued use of AutoPulse after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
