Common questions

What is a watchdog?

A watchdog is one rule. It watches a status change and checks later that the expected next item exists.

What happens when a check fails?

AutoPulse creates an incident item on the incident board. The incident explains what changed, what was expected, what was checked, and what to do next.

Can I monitor more than deals and onboarding?

Yes. The first template is designed for deals to onboarding, but the same rule pattern can monitor other status-driven workflows when the target board has a matching text or name column.

Does AutoPulse send repeated alerts?

No. AutoPulse only notifies when a new incident is created. Repeated failures update the same open incident.
