Check that the app is installed in the monday.com account that owns the board and that your user has access to the board. Refresh AutoPulse after changing board permissions.
This usually means a selected board or column was deleted, renamed, or no longer available to the app. Open the AutoPulse view, review the selected source and target fields, then save or recreate the watchdog.
Open the incident and compare the expected match text with the target board column. AutoPulse needs the selected target column to contain the source item name or the configured match value.
Notifications are optional. Make sure at least one recipient is selected in the watchdog or account settings. Low-priority watchdogs can also be left without recipients and reviewed from the incident board.
